A lot has happened since InFocus signed off for the summer.
Graves were discovered at a handful of former residential schools, for the first time APTN took part in the federal leaders’ debate, reconciliation was a ballot issue and the first National Day for Truth and Reconciliation came and went.
There were many discussions across the country as First Nations, Metis, Inuit and non-Indigenous Canadians came to grips with this country’s past – and about where it’s going.
