The Supreme Court on Thursday said all women are entitled to choose abortion while pronouncing the judgement in the medical termination of pregnancy (MTP) case.

A bench headed by Justice DY Chandrachud held that unmarried or single women cannot be excluded from seeking safe abortion of pregnancies up to 24 weeks under the Medical Termination act and the rules. Watch full bulletin.
