Kampala Archbishop Dr. Cyprian Kizito Lwanga has condemned the manner in which government is handling the country’s security situation.
This as prayers were held at Lubaga Cathedral in Kampala, for the MP for Kyaddondo East Robert Kyagulanyi and several other people with whom he was arrested in Arua municipality last week. This happened as campaigns for the parliamentary by-election came to a close. The service was attended politicians, artists and friends of those in custody.
