Starting next year, Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) expects that there will be more bicycles than vehicles and motorcycles on the city's roads. According to KCCA non-motorized transport will help decongest the city. The Authority have earmarked 3 Billion Shillings for the construction of the bicycle lanes. Solomon Kaweesa has more.
