China's foreign minister Wang Yi kicked off 2016's state visits, with a four-nation tour of Southern Africa. Meeting leaders from Malawi, Mauritius, Namibia and Mozambique, the leaders discussed measures on how best to implement the outcomes of the FOCAC Summit, held in South Africa in December 2015.
