Biko bisaya ~ A Filipino delicacy Where Glutinous rice is cooked with coconut milk and brown sugar
Ingredients:
To cook the Rice
~4 cups (rice cooker cup) Glutinous rice
~wash and drained
~add 4 cups of water
Soaked the Rice for about 20 minutes before cooking
For coconut Syrup
1 can coconut milk /1 pack
2 cups brown sugar (measurement cup)
~adjust the sugar according to your taste~
Pinch of salt (optional )
Vanilla (optional)
