This is one of my favourite ways of adding an element of cardio into my strength workouts 💦
Each slide has two exercises, and the workout is as follows:
▶️ 60s work for exercise 1 - movement is slow and controlled
⏸ 10s rest
▶️ 20s work for exercise 2 - think power and speed!
⏸ 20s rest
🔁 X 3 rounds
⏸ 90s rest before moving on to slide 2, etc
You can use these timings with different exercises too! I did a similar session with my fam in class yesterday and it was 🔥
