SR 35018 British India Line was the motive power for the steam legs of todays Dalesman Railtour from Chester to Carlisle and return outward over the Settle Carlisle line and returning via the WCML over Shap, we first see 35018 with eleven on by Arcow quarry in what could be described as a dismal misty haze with the sun trying to get through and a gusty wind, then on the return as 35018 trundles through Bessy Ghyll with a severe wind blowing from behind me. thanks for watching
