This livestream started with the 4-H/FFA Beef Show in progress, and starts with the showmanship classes through the end of the show.

In the showmanship classes, 4-H’ers are judged on their ability to handle and present their beef cattle. 4-H'ers are divided into classes based on age. Showmen may choose to show with a market or breeding heifer.

In the breeding classes, heifers are evaluated on their conformation (skeletal and muscular structures) desirable for their breed.
