This is an excellent demonstration on how you can set up the pressure on the GEMfix Rolled material cutter. Some cutters are made to cut with precision for vinyl and detailed artwork like our Graphtec which is a great way to make shirts. [ Ссылка ]

Other cutters are designed to cut different materials into sheets and strips for the ease of distribution or use. These are designed to be consistent and automated and that is precisely what the GEMfix cutter does. [ Ссылка ]

Initially when setting up the GEMfix cutter you be connecting an air compressor to the unit. This is what gives the machine the ability to cut. It uses the pressure to swipe the blade along the material that you are trying to cut. When you connect the air compressor it needs to be dialed into the right pressure between the 2 indicated dots on the gauge.

You simply lift up the knob to show an orange stripe that indicates that the settings can be changed and either turn clockwise or counter clockwise to raise or lower the pressure. Once you have lined up the guage to the 12 o clock position (In between the green markers) – you can press the knob down to set the pressure in place.

Now the unit is ready for use!
