Get ON IT! with our 2nd lockdown. You will need a chair, a pair of dumbbells or 2 tin cans for this workout. This 25 min circuit will strengthen yours and get your cardio system going. Includes a short warm-up and cool-down. Never fear for I am here to keep you motivated and bringing a different daily workout your way throughout the weekdays. This is a 4 WEEK program to bring out the lion & Lioness within you. Together we are ON IT! and On A Movement Mission.
