Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu has lauded the School Feeding Programme, saying it has enabled the Government to achieve 100 percent learner transition and retention in Schools. Speaking when he met the members of the Kenya Pastoralist Parliamentary Group (KPG), Machogu said plans are underway to ensure the School Feeding Programme is sustained for the benefit of the Kenyan child.
