To Make Lemon Coriander Soup
Oil- 2 Tsp (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Garlic
Ginger
Spring Onions
Carrot - 1/2 Cup
Cabbage - 1/2 Cup
Beans - 1/2 Cup
Capsicum - 1/2 Cup
Salt (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Pepper (Buy: [ Ссылка ])
Water - 1 Litre
Lemon - 2 Nos
Coriander Leaves
Method:
1. Take oil in pot and add chopped garlic, ginger to it. Saute for 2 mins.
2. Add chopped spring onion whites, greens, carrot, beans, capsicum, shredded cabbage and saute for a while.
3. Add salt and pepper to the pot. Mix well.
4. Pour a litre of water in the pot, cover it with a lid and cook for at least 15 mins.
5. Add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves in the end.
6. Check for seasoning and add salt/pepper if required.
7. Wholesome and hearty Lemon Coriander Clear Soup is ready to be served hot and nice.
Soups are always healthy when prepared in the right manner. In this video, we have shown the famous Lemon Coriander Soup but with a twist. This is a no-cornflour soup with added vegetables. This clear soup can be enjoyed by anybody because there are no artificial ingredients involved in this one. This soup is great for winters and rainy season.
