You read that right and this ain't no click bait either! I wanted to save as much as time as possible in my Brew Day and in fermentation, so I took every shortcut I could to make (what could be) a record breaking IPA!

1. Smaller 2.5 gallon batch
2. eBIAB for mash control - separate kettle, propane burner for boil
3. 30 min mash 30 min boil
4. JaDeD Scylla with pre chiller ice bath
5. Lutra Kveik for fast fermentation at high temps
6. Carbonating lid to save carb time
