Teriyaki tofu balls is a vegetarian recipe which can replace your favorite meatballs. Instead of ground meat, the fresh tofu is crushed and combined with vegetables, enough to make this dish extra healthy and flavorful. 500 grams tofu
Bunch of spring onions (chopped)
1 large carrot (minced)
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup cornstarch
Oil for frying
3 cloves garlic (minced)
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon sesame oil
3 tablespoons brown sugar
Slurry (1 tablespoon cornstarch + 1 cup water)
