I have had several Backpackers Pantry meals in the past, but have yet to have any of their asian dishes. With authentic Thai rice noodles in a spicy peanut sauce, this backpacking meal definitely has tons of flavor with plenty of protein. Of course, me being me I would have loved to have had some chicken in this meal, but the flavor speaks for itself. Well done Backpackers Pantry!
