Dan Elliott's family has dealt with tragedy at the hands of a criminal. "I decided I would take the personal pain of my younger brother's fiance being murdered and apply that to finding a solution. I realized in the time she was murdered there was no social media," Elliott said. Twenty years later his brother's fiance's murder remains unsolved. Elliott says he found his own closure by finding ways to help solve crime. He created an app called Iwatch. It's used in 79 cities across the country and is now available in Travis County.
