Let's discuss the lob today guys and we're gonna get straight to the point and talk about why the topspin lob is for more advanced players and the flat lob is for more intermediate players reason being, if you hit a flat lob against an advanced player and they get their strings on it, they are going to smash the ball for a winner. You can get away with the flat high lob against intermediate players because if it's high enough, they are not good enough and the high lob will actually get them by surprise and they will miss it. Against better players, more advanced players, you actually want to use a topspin lob so that you can hit it over their head and actually have the ball bounce behind them and then kick away from them. make very sure on your topspin lob that you look the same, disguise it while Keeping your head down and have a lot of racket speed over the ball. Don't swing slower, swing faster. And then on the flat lob, Be very, very careful not to break your wrist. You got to think about it like a long volley. Don't break your wrist and just punt it up in the air as high as you can the higher the ball on the flat lob the better.
