Jose's Raymond Shoulder Routine
Machine Side Raises
5 sets
15 full reps followed by 10 half reps
Machine Shoulder Press
5 sets, increasing weight
10 -- 12 reps
Side Raises
4 sets
10 -- 12 reps
Front Raises (with cambered curl bar)
3 sets
10 -- 12 reps
Rear Delt Raises
3 extended sets
Arms separate 10 -- 12 reps,
immediately followed by arms together 10 -- 12 reps
