What's up guys! Today's video is unilateral strength and unilateral jumping for unilateral leg strength training and unilateral plyos. Unilateral training is a big part of sports performance training. It's a great way to work on increasing strength, decreasing muscular imbalances, improving stability, building core strength, and preventing injuries. It's also a great way to improve jumping abilities and speed abilities. So today's video starts with some low level plyometrics for jump training, and then gets into unilateral strength training and unilateral jump training. We hit a lot of single leg strength movements, followed by single leg power and explosive movements, with the goal of becoming extremely forceful and powerful on each leg! Enjoy.
