Whoa a new shocker of a study just recently released suggesting that low carb diets can cause high mortality risk vs moderate carb intake. In this video I sit down to fully breakdown the study for everyone to be able to understand it's strengths and limitations. This is very interesting and more studies are needed but this can give us an insight on long term macro nutrient effects on health and mortality. Enjoy!
