Multi-layer Salad "MIMOSA" with cheese and tuna. New Year´s Salad Recipe by Sameena´s kitchen.

Ingredients:
▪ For salad:
Potatoes (boiled) - (3 pcs.)
Canned fish in oil - 250 g (tuna 2 cans)
Onions - 2 pcs
Carrots (boiled) - 3-4 pcs
Hard cheese - 200 g
Eggs (boiled) - 5-6 pcs.
Mayonnaise to taste
Salt to taste
Black pepper - to taste
▪ For the marinade:
Salt 1tsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp
Hot water - 100 ml
▪ For decoration (optional):
Egg yolks , Carrots (boiled) - to taste
Dill greens - to taste
Lettuce layers:
1. Boiled potatoes, salt, black pepper, mayonnaise.
2. Canned fish (tuna), mayonnaise.
3. Pickled onions, mayonnaise.
4. Boiled carrots, salt, black pepper, mayonnaise.
5. Hard cheese, mayonnaise.
6. Egg yolks, salt, black pepper, mayonnaise.
7. Egg whites, salt, black pepper, mayonnaise.
