Ingredients:
* Raw rice - 1.5 cup (soaked in water for 3-4 hours)
* Boiled potato - 2 medium size
* Ginger - 1/2 inch (roughly chopped)
* Green chilly - 2-3
* Water - (1.5 cup (for grinding) + 1/2 cup)
* Capsicum - 1/4 cup, finely chopped
* Boiled corn- 1/2 cup
* Carrot - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
* Onion- 1/2 cup, finely chopped
* Boiled peas - 1/2 cup
* Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup, finely chopped
* Curry leaves - 1 tsp, finely chopped
* Cumin (jeera) - 1 tsp
* Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
* Chilly flakes - 1/2 tsp
* Salt - 1.5 tsp (as per then taste)
* Lemon juice - 1.5 tdp
* Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
* Oil for roasting
Serve delicious healthy rice chilla with coconut chutney.
