Ingredients:
For Boiled process of Toor Dal:
200gm Pigeon Peas (Toor Dal)
2 & 1/2 glass Water
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Oil
For Boiled Mutton:
300gm Mutton
1 chopped Onion
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
For Mutton Masala:
3 tbsp Oil
1 Bay leaf
3-4 Cloves
5-6 Black pepper
2 Cinnamon
1 tbsp Red chilli powder
1 & 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
add Water & cook the masala
boiled Toor stock
chopped Mint leaves
1/2 tsp Fenugreek seed soak in water for 15 minute
6-7 Kokam soak in water for 10 minute
4 tbsp millet flour
add 1/2 cup Water & mixed well
1 glass Water
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
For Tadka:
2 tsp Oil
6-7 chopped Garlic cloves
1 tsp Cumin
add Fry onion (Birasta)
Coriander leaves
For Tadka in Toor Dal (baghaar):
2 tsp Oil
2 Cinnamon
3-4 Cloves
4-5 Green chilli
2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
add boiled Toor dal
Salt to taste
For layering rice:
600gm boiled Basmati sela Rice soak for 1/2 hour
add Fry onion (Birasta)
chopped Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
add tadka toor dal
