Ingredients and Grocery List:
For the Bread:
- 260 gm (2 cups) Cake Flour
- 114 gm (4.0 oz) Good Quality Unsalted Butter
- 206 gm (1 cup) Granulated Sugar
- 3 Large Size Eggs (150 gm in total)
- 80 mil. Fresh Milk
- One Jamaican Vanilla Pod (if not available, use 5 gm or 1 tsp Vanilla Extract).
- 11 gm (3.5 tsp) Baking Powder
- 2 Tsp Unsalted Butter (just for greasing the baking pan)
For Topping:
- One Lozenge of Cream
- Your Favorite Fresh Fruits
Special Equipment:
- Hand Mixer with Beater Attachment
- Small Size (4 x 4 x 9 inch) Cake or Bread Baking Pan
