After I made the Christmas DIY pine cone tree, in one of my previous YouTube home and lifestyle videos, and showed a quick peek at the DIY paper book Christmas tree I made, I was surprised at how many wanted to see how I made it. The sharing of this how to make a paper Christmas tree technique all started with a craft project I used to do as a child. I used to use Reader’s Digest magazines to make paper book angels and took it a few steps further to create a couple of unique Christmas trees.
In this Christmas decorating video, I will show two different ways I made this simple, yet elegant paper Christmas tree with nothing but a book, a pair of sharp scissors, and a little time. This homemade Christmas holiday decoration is perfect for all types of homes, whether it’s a Traditional home, country home, farmhouse, or contemporary. I can’t wait to use it in my antique Traditional New England home.
