Early morning, I hiked up Elephant Mountain in Taipei, Taiwan for some Internal Kung Fu training and warmed up with these Heavenly Stems exercises.
Design to strengthen and stretch the tendons, the drilling here could have been practised a little deeper and longer, with a bit more focus. I never intended to share the video clips and was a bit distracted with the passers by. Most people in Taiwan will polotely let you practise, but still, it can be distracting.
You can see me drilling 'Move' (Ban) the first two drills from the first set of Heavenly Stems as taught by my teacher Master Luo Dexiu, there are ten sets in total.
