Welcome back to Naomi’s Kitchen Cuisine! In today’s video we are cooking up some Ackee and Butter Beans. This is a vegan friendly dish that is packed with immense flavour!
As with all our recipes please see the quantities for the ingredients below -
• 1 can of Ackee – 540g
• 1 can of Butter beans.
• ¼ of red, yellow, and green bell peppers
• 2 stalks of spring onion
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1 Tomato
• 1 tbsp of Maggie All purpose
• ½ tsp of All purpose
• ¼ tsp of Aromat
• ½ tsp of black pepper
• A few sprigs of Thyme
• A small handful of pimento seeds
