Location of this incident is 116B Jalan Tenteram. Golden hair guy last spotted there at 12.30PM according to the Jalan Tenteram neighbours group. Police report made by one of the residents but police allegedly don't even want to see the video!
Police has CCTV at lift lobby and also carpark entrance. I think the video/post not enough share, that's why not enough "immediate" action.
