What are my basic rights, as someone who has had a cancer diagnosis, in relation to employment?
When you say that we're protected under the disability act, is that something we need to apply for?
In terms of the rights we have, if you are in employment is your employer under an obligation to keep your job open for you?
Does that include pay?
If sick pay runs out is there anything people are entitled to?
