SHOWCASE OF TURKISH TOURIST ATTRACTIONS TO MALAYSIANS
"CAPPADOCIA" a historical region in Central Anatolia of Turkey.
With the commencement of Turkish Airlines' 4 x weekly direct Airbus A340 air services between Kuala Lumpur and Istanbul effective 25 April 2013, the tourism authorities of several Turkish cities have heightened efforts for travellers to increase their holiday options in Turkey.
In conjunction with this initiative, the relevant authorities of Cappadocia, a historical region in Central Anatolia of Turkey, are partnering the Turkish national carrier to showcase this region as a preferred tourist location for Malaysians.
A team of senior government officials of Cappadocia and 15 destination marketing companies of Turkey were in Malaysia on a promotional visit to highlight Cappadocia's tourist attractions.
