I've followed you since 2002 when I first heard you in a seminar. You have helped me a tremendous amount in my sales career as a new home sales agent and now as a new home sales manager. I've been a musician/songwriter for even longer and have been pitching my tunes to publishers in Nashville recently. Everything is about selling. So do you ever give advice to songwriters?

Yep. This is what I recommended you do. Make your sales pitch a song and record it on a CD and send it to the publisher. Talk about how cool you are, talk about how well you play, talk about how well you write and make it a song. I guarantee you that no one's done that before or if they have, it's not well-known.
