Here is a 20 minute Beginners / Intermediate Rebounding Tabata workout. Now just because it says "Beginners" does not mean this has to be easy! For all of you new bouncers out there, this is a quick session that will get ease you into Tabata style classes. You have 20 exercises here that you do for 20 seconds with a 10 second rest. Not much time to slacken off but adapt where needed.
For all of you expert bouncers then why not try 2 rounds of this video and I am sure that will be a challenge in itself or turn your rest into an active jog.
