Here is a really easy recipe for Greek rice pilaf that's a hit with everybody!!! Using only a handful of simple ingredients, this recipe shows you how to make rice like the Greek restaurants...
INGREDIENTS LIST
* 2 cups long grain rice
* 3 cups chicken stock
* 1 cup lemon juice
* 1/2 stick salted butter
* 1 cup frozen peas
* Salt & pepper to taste
