On a beautiful and warm afternoon in Skopje, I was contemplating what to do with my only full day in Skopje, North Macedonia. To be completely honest, I had seen the center of Skopje after a morning of strolling, and I was looking for an experience more related to nature. I found that in a day trip to the Matka Canyon, which is just a stone's throw away from Skopje.
