The Sarajevo Haggadah, a Jewish illuminated manuscript dating back more than 650 years, has survived everything from the Spanish Inquisition to the Siege of Sarajevo, which began 20 years ago this week. Now it is threatened once again -- this time, by the lack of funding for Sarajevo's cultural institutions.
