"Russian terrorist troops support our holiday with an increase of rocket activity. Air raid sirens sounded many times in many Ukrainian cities today. In this situation, for me, it was very important to hear from the Lithuanian president that there will be more support for the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the future."

STORYLINE:
Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda visited Kyiv on Thursday and pledged to send more support to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, during a joint news conference with Nauseda said that an increased support from Lithuania was "very important" at a time of increased rocket activity from Russia.
He said that during this time of holidays, Russian troops had stepped up their attacks and that air raid sirens went off multiple times in many Ukrainian cities on Thursday.
