OVER-THE-RHINE, Ohio (WKRC) -- An annual tradition aimed at making the holidays a little easier for those in need gets underway today.The Freestore Foodbank kicked off their December Food Distribution program. People started to line up early Friday morning.This year, each household will receive a bag of produce, and either a chicken or a turkey. Families will also receive canned vegetables, fruit, stuffing or rice, and brownie mix or another dessert.The food distribution runs until six Friday. It continues Saturday and Monday.
