In yet another incident of atrocities on Dalits, a man and his mother were brutally thrashed in Anand of Gujarat for skinning a dead cow. A group of 15 upper caste men allegedly stormed into their house and thrashed the duo. The 22-year-old victim said the group first abused them referring to their caste and later threatened them with dire consequences
