Whiskey Sauce
Vegan or non vegan; Your choice!
100 gr butter
70 gr tomato paste
2 ½ dl whipping cream
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground pepper
2 tbsp dry rosemary
3 – 4 tbsp whiskey
How to do it:
• Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
• Mix in the tomato paste and make sure it is completely combined.
• Add the rest of the ingredients to the saucepan and let it simmer for a few minutes.
• Now it is ready to serve.
This sauce is delicious with beef as well as chicken.
Enjoy!
PS: You can make this sauce vegan by using vegan butter and vegan whipping cream.
PPS: You can make a larger portion and store it in the freezer for up to 6 months.
