If you’re trying to lift up, don’t push with the arms and think up. This feels frustrating and makes the body very heavy. Instead, use whatever flexibility you have to create a leverage point. move the hands a little bit forward from the hips, fold as deeply forward as possible, and then use a counterbalance to find the lift. Move the shoulders forward and down to send the hips back and up.
