Police release CCTV of Matthew Tvrdon, who killed Karina Menzies in a hit and run incident last year, driving a van through red lights and into oncoming traffic.
Karina Menzies, 32, was killed and 13 pedestrians were injured in the attack on Friday afternoon.
Police have confirmed the van driver also got out of his vehicle and physically assaulted his victims.
Detective Superintendent Paul Hurley from South Wales Police said Friday afternoon's tragedy was also thought to have involved an unknown weapon.
Miss Menzies, 32, a mother-of-three was killed as she walked her younger daughters home from school, and witnesses described how the white Iveco van careered onto the pavement straight at her.
