Our Story:
Six years ago on a surf trip in Puerto Rico, Bill mentioned that he wanted to follow his fathers path to Fiji. Granddaddy had been stationed there during World War II. We fantasized about hopping on a sailboat and sailing around the world. Our imaginations soon turned into interests and those interests grew like a weed. We began reading books, watching videos, and practicing knots. Before we knew it we were signing up for sailing lessons and taking offshore sailing courses. Last year we started looking at boats for sale. Now, nearly 6 years later, we are proud owners of the beautiful vessel, Moon Drifter. Moon Drifter is an extremely well taken care of and maintained single owner catamaran. Her Previous owners, Ralph and Helen, purchased her brand new in 2008 and sailed her seasonally throughout the Sea of Cortez up until they handed over the lines to us in 2021. We love our Seawind and can’t wait to continue turning our fantasies into reality and sharing all of our adventures with you. Please Like, Comment, and Subscribe. Moon Drifter Crew:
Bill, Allison, Corey, Lil’ Puss (LP), & Jasper

- Bill, The Captain, is a newly retired Commercial Real Estate Broker and Property Manager who built his own company from the ground up. Bill raced Hobie 18’s with Fleet 54 and is no stranger to the lines.
- Allison, The First Mate, is an accomplished Apparel Designer. Born and raised in Baltimore and a California migrant. She grew up sailing with her Father Bill on his Hobie 18’s.
- Corey, the Skipper, is a seasoned Industrial Designer raised in Northern California. He is the greenest of the Moon Drifter crew, but is a very quick learner and loves a good challenge.
- Lil’ Puss(LP), The Watch Leader, is an 8 year old Baltimore street cat. Bills trusty companion.
- Jasper, The Swab, is a 13 year old Greyhuahua (chihuahua/Italian greyhound mix). Corey and Allie’s dog son.
