We want everyone to know how proud we are to present this year’s recipients of completion from McGrath Auto’s Emerging Leaders program!
For those those that don’t already know, Emerging Leaders is a program held by the leaders of McGrath’s Family of Dealerships; taking talented and willing employees to experience a year of mental growth and leadership skills.
Last week we held a reception to honor those that completed the 2015-16 course in downtown Cedar Rapids. Here, president Pat McGrath, spoke on what he believes it means to be a leader -before presenting our recipients with their certificates.
