tonight we've learned the person who shot an albuquerque woman with an arrow will be charged -- even though it was an accident. police say a father and son were practicing shooting their bow and arrow at a home near unser and montano last night. one arrow went through a fence and hit a woman at a nearby dog park. she was struck in the back. the shooter could be charged with unlawful use of a deadly weapon -- a misdemeanor. the victim is expected to recover.
