Yes, this game certainly does have controversies such as the beginning cutscene censorship. Hopefully the combat and equipment systems are as needlessly complicated as the previous title, Tales of Zestiria.

Got to say, though, I'm enjoying the 2D animated cutscenes a lot. But on the other hand, 3D cutscenes are replaced with skits - though that happened ever since Tales of games stopped using speech bubbles in XIllia. Overall though, seems pretty fun thus far.
