This is one of the most popular sweets of festival stalls.
The smell of the baby castella is really mouthwatering!
If you have a takoyaki cooker, you can make delicious baby castella!

~ Ingredients for 18 pieces ~
60g of flour
1g of baking soda
1 of egg
40g of sugar
100ml of milk
2 Tbsps of honey
A pinch of salt
Vegetable oil
~Directions~
1. Shift flour and baking soda into a bowl.
2. Crack an egg and beat it. Add sugar and mix well. Then add honey and mix well. Then add milk and a pinch of salt and mix well.
3. Add flour and baking soda into the bowl and mix in a cutting motion with a rubber spatula.
4. Let it rest for more than 1 hour so that the castella will become moist.
5. Heat a takoyaki cooker, then place vegetable oil in cups.
6. Pour the dough into the cups and heat them until the surfaces get golden brown color.
7.Flip them and make round.
