How to use:
☑️ Release the adjustable lever and select the appropriate training resistance.
☑️ Make sure that the sliding weight is locked.
☑️ Facing towards the machine, position yourself in the center, squat and take a firm grip on the handles, then extend your hips and knees.
☑️ In an upright position, raise your shoulders straight up toward your
ears, then slowly lower the shoulders.
☑️ Repeat the movement in a slow, controlled manner.
Exercise to strengthen your shoulder muscles and upper arms. Everyday movements such as lifting, reaching, bending, and even sitting are more efficient and safer when your trapezius muscles are toned and strong.
