Start by using any of your favorite pasta recipes to create the pasta dough. Once the dough is complete, assemble your GSE by first putting on the twin gear housing. Then, with the GSE Pasta Maker set, insert the pasta screw and place the pasta guide. Next, put on the pasta screen, and secure the parts by locking the latches on each side of the machine. Finally, install the safety hood.
The Greenstar Elite is now a pasta maker!
Place a plate near the machine to catch the pasta that will come out. Sprinkle some flour on the plate, so the pasta won’t stick to it. Divide the dough into smaller portions, then turn on the machine. Feed the dough into the feeding chute and press down. When the pasta comes out, make sure to actively cover the pasta with flour, so that the strands do not stick together. Cook the pasta and combine it with your favorite sauces or broths.
