Professor Paul Beaumont, Chair of EU sub-group on Constitution and Law, Royal Society of Edinburgh;
Michael Clancy, Director, Law Reform, Law Society of Scotland;
Lloyd Austin, Head of Conservation Policy, RSPB Scotland;
Anthony Salamone, Research Fellow and Strategic Advisor, Scottish Centre for European Relations.
3. Trade Bill LCM Draft Report (in private): The Committee will consider a further draft report.
